Norfolk County crash sends 5 to hospital, 4-year-old in life-threatening condition

Ontario Provincial Police say a four-year-old child is in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a collision in Norfolk County on Tuesday morning.
OPP Const. Ed Sanchuk says the single-vehicle crash happened around 9 a.m. on 1st Concession Rd. STR in Middleton, Ont.
Sanchuk says the vehicle drove off the road into a ditch and then struck a tree.

Five passengers – including two adults and two infants – were taken to hospital as a precaution. Another 4-year-old child was transported to hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
OPP say 1st Concession Rd. STR is closed between Byerlay Side Rd. and Highway 59 as police investigate.
