No injuries after van crashes into Waterdown daycare

No one was injured after a van drove into a daycare late Wednesday afternoon in Waterdown.

Kids & Company centre director Taylor Johnson tells CHCH News none of the children or employees at the daycare were harmed.

Parents were called to pick their children up and everyone is safe.

Johnson says the van struck the infant room window. At this time, that room is closed but the rest of the daycare rooms will be open Thursday.

Hamilton emergency crews have yet to provide an update.

There is no word yet on whether any charges will be laid or the cost of damages.
