No fourth trial for Badgerow

A judge has ruled a Hamilton man will not be facing a fourth trial for the 1981 murder of a McMaster nursing assistant.
54 year old Robert Badgerow has been tried three times for the murder of 23 year old Diane Werendowicz. Her partially clothed body was found in a creek in a portion of the Red Hill Valley. Badgerow’s last two trials ended in mistrials.
