Niagara Fall’s is getting ready for its annual New Year’s Eve show, but there certainly are some changes this year.

Well-known for bringing in major stars to the stage, with giant crowds that follow, this year the big names may be missing but Niagara still promises a bash to remember.

“Global made the decision to back-out at the last minute which put our people on the spot for trying to come up with the appropriate entertainment.”

Without extra money coming in from the broadcaster, concerns swirled about whether the show would happen it all. But the line-up is in, including Canadian singer Tom Cochrane and Down with Webster.

“People that are going to come here in the next couple days to see the show on the 31st, they won’t even notice a difference. Production is going to be great. We still have the big stage, a lot of sound.”

The Niagara Falls show may not have big names like Keith Urban and Nick Jonas like they did last year, but the city seems confident the park will be packed and so will the hotels.
