The foiled terror plot unveiled this week by the RCMP has put border security in the spotlight.

Last summer, a runaway rail car that rolled across the Whirlpool Bridge wasn’t investigated by border guards for eleven hours. As Lauran Sabourin reports, Canada Border Services still hasn’t explained how the security breach happened.
