Niagara tourists bask in mild spell

Tourists at Niagara Falls were pleasantly surprised by today’s temperature.

Instead of an icy mist, it felt like spring. It’s not often you see people riding their motorcycle on the parkway, or dressed in shorts in mid-January. And today’s warmth has some tourists surprised at the weather here this week. Those tourists wearing parkas are going to be wishing they brought their raincoats instead.
