Niagara police seek women who allegedly stole bag with $5000

Niagara Police are circulating photos of two women they believe stole a bag with $5000 inside of it.
Authorities say a man who was shopping inside of the Welland Walmart on Sunday set his bag down and mistakenly left it behind — along with $5000 inside.
The man realized his mistake and returned minutes later only to find that the bag was gone.
In-store video surveillance captured the moment that two women came across the bag, went through it and carried it off as if it were their own.
Using money from the bag, they made several purchases with the cash.
Images show the two women leaving the store with a cart full of items, including a flatscreen television before leaving the area in a white Toyota Camry.
Police describe the first woman as being 50 years old, standing at five-foot-three and sporting a maroon winter jacket, blue jeans, black and white shoes, a yellow toque and yellow scarf.
The second woman is described as being around 20 years old, standing at five-foot-three, with a purple jacket, black t-shirt, blue jeans and black and white shoes.
