Niagara police seek missing 39-year-old woman

Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 39-year-old woman.

Officers say Terry Moffat was last seen on Nov. 18 walking in the area of Niagara St. and the Queen Elizabeth Way in St. Catharines.

“She has not been seen or heard from since,” the Niagara Regional Police Service said in a statement Tuesday.

Moffat is described as Black, five-foot-eight and 180 lbs with black straight hair and tattoos.

Police say Moffat was last seen wearing black leggings, a white tank top, black sweater and white headband.

Detectives are concerned for her welfare.
