Niagara Police are searching for 25-year-old Chanelle Smith who was last seen leaving the Greater Niagara General Hospital in Niagara Falls on Wednesday.

Smith is described as 5’5, 130 pounds with light brown hair and grey coloured eyes.

Niagara Police said they are concerned for Smith’s welfare and ask anyone who may know of her whereabouts to contact them.
