Niagara police locate missing St. Catharines woman

Niagara Regional Police are thanking the public for their assistance in locating a missing St. Catharines woman.

Carol Cuncliffe, 70, was found by police after members of the community spotted her and contacted officers.

Police had initially called the investigation “high risk” and said they were concerned for her welfare.
