UPDATE

A missing woman from Amherst, N.Y. has been locating in Fort Erie by Niagara police.

Investigators had issued a “critical missing person” report early Thursday for 35-year-old Crystal Perry.

Perry was last seen around 10 p.m. in the area of Dominion and Burleigh roads and police were concerned for her well being.

A witness had reported seeing the N.Y. woman looking confused and disoriented. Officers actively searched for her overnight and well into Thursday morning.

She was located around noon and loaded onto a stretcher to be treated by paramedics.
