Niagara police search for St. Catharines man who was last seen in January

Niagara police are searching for a missing St. Catharines man who hasn’t been seen in over a month.

Police say Todd LaChapelle-O’Neill was last seen in the area of Glenridge Ave. and Riverview Blvd. on Jan. 20.

The 26-year-old is believed to be travelling by foot. He is 5’8 with a slim build, short dark brown hair and uses a cane or walking stick.

Police and his family are concerned for his well-being.
