Niagara police search for missing 51-year-old man

Niagara police are searching for a 51-year-old man who has been missing for more than three weeks.

Karl Neff, of Port Colborne, was last since in the area of Saturn Rd. and Apollo Dr. around 2 a.m. on Jan. 3.

Police and his family are concerned for Neff’s welfare and are requesting the public’s help in locating him.

He is described as being bald, six feet, with a thin build and brown eyes. Neff was wearing a light brown camo-print jacket, blue camo-print pants, and large camo-print rubber boots.
