Niagara Regional Police Service is investigating three separate attacks involving victims who were punched by a stranger.

Police say the incidents all happened in the area of Queen St. and Goderich St. in Fort Erie during the month of February.

In each of the attacks, a man was walking alone at night when someone “snuck up” and punched them. The suspect then ran away.

Police say none of the three victims suffered serious injuries.

The suspect is described as being white, approximately 20 to 40 years old, roughly five-foot-ten, with a slender build.

Investigators are now warning residents in the area to remain cautious when travelling by foot at night.

Anyone with information regarding these assaults is asked to contact detectives at 906-688-4111, ext. 1007703.
