Niagara police officer back in court

A Niagara Regional Police officer accused of handing over confidential intelligence documents to the Hells Angels was back in a Welland courtroom Thursday.

As Lauran Sabourin reports, Dean Rudge is on trial for a second time on “breach of trust” charges. Thursday, the lawyers in the case were giving their final submissions.
