Niagara police make arrest in bar fight

A Welland man has been charged after a fight at a bar and grill in Pelham.

It was over by the time police got to the All-Star Tap and Grill House around 2 Tuesday morning.

Police later learned a man in a pick up truck had left the parking lot after smashing into a parked car there.

22 year old Corey Gilbert faces hit and run charges.
