Niagara police looking to identify suspects in St. Catharines Walmart break and enter

Niagara police say they are looking to identify suspects in relation to a break and enter at a Walmart in St. Catharines.

Police say on Dec 11, they responded to a break and enter in progress at the Walmart located at 221 Glendale Avenue.

Investigators say a man and a woman had broken into the Walmart and stole multiple items from the store before being interrupted by an employee working the night shift.

The two tried to get away, but the manager made an attempt to grab the bags they were holding which caused some of the items to fall to the ground.

Officers say they arrived on scene after the man and woman had fled.

Police say the suspects were last observed in an older model grey Honda 4 door SUV.

The woman is described as white, 25-30-years-old, 5’0″, medium build, wearing grey track pants and a tan hoodie sweatshirt with the hood up and a face mask.

The man is described as white, 25-30-years-old, 6’0″, slender build, wearing black pants, black hoodie with the hood up and a black face mask.
