Niagara regional police continue to search for a Welland woman who has been missing for over a week.

Police say Maria Jagiello, 65, went out for a walk in the area of Silverwood Ave. and Roselawn Cres. on Feb. 28. She has not returned home.

Police have conducted several ground searches but haven’t yet found her.

They have released new security camera footage of Jagiello walking eastbound on Gaiser Rd. in Welland on Feb. 28 at 6:55 p.m.

Detectives are asking residents in the surrounding area and vehicles with dash cams that may have been in the area to review their video footage.
