Niagara police arrest two men for child pornography

Niagara Regional Police Internet Child Exploitation or I.C.E. have arrested two men on child pornography charges following an investigation.

On August 1, an U.S. man was arrested at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls and another man was arrested at a Welland residence.

26-year-old Zachary Engle of West Virginia has been charged with import and possession of child pornography. He also faces numerous charges under the Canada Customs Act.

34-year-old Lloyd Franklin Little of Welland has been charged with possession of child pornography, making available, access to child pornography and possession of a controlled substance.

Both were scheduled for a bail hearing at a St. Catharines courthouse on August 2.
