Niagara-on-the-Lake graffiti arrest

In March, members of the Niagara Regional Police began investigating a rash of graffiti related mischiefs within the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

With the help from the community, a a suspect was identified.

On May 10, the police executed a search warrant at a Niagara-on-the-Lake residence, and a 17 year old youth was arrested.

The youth, who cannot be identified under the the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with 9 counts of Mischief Under $5000.
