Niagara Falls man and woman charged in series of break and enters at local businesses

Two Niagara Falls residents are facing a slew of charges in connection with a series of break and enters at local businesses in the region.
Police launched an investigation last month after several businesses in Niagara Falls were broken into.
Jason Perkins, 49, and Melissa Orsini, 35, were arrested on Tuesday.
A search warrant was executed at Orisni’s home on Dorchester Rd. in Niagara Falls and officers seized a number of items that are believed to be stolen including jewellery, electronics, musical instruments, and three motorcycles.
Perkins is charged with possession of property obtained by crime, break and enter commit theft, operation while prohibited, breach of probation, and possession of a controlled substance.
He is being held in custody and is expected to be back in court on March 16.
Orsini is charged with possession of property obtained by crime. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 13.
