Niagara cruiser involved in crash

Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit is looking into a crash involving a Niagara Police cruiser and a minivan in Niagara Falls.

It happened at Highway 420 and Stanley Avenue.

The police car was on its way to a call with its lights and sirens on when it collided with a minivan.

The officer wasn’t seriously injured.

One of the people in the minivan has been treated for minor injuries.
