Niagara Regional Police constable Paul Zarafonitis has pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm, for punching a photographer in the face last year.

Michael Farkas (above) suffered a broken orbital bone following a confrontation outside Kool Kats bar in Niagara Falls. Farkas was taking pictures in the bar when police came in for a noise complaint.
