The Niagara-bound lane closures of the Burlington Skyway bridge are on pause until Aug. 26.

Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation says all lanes will remain open this weekend.

The weekend lane closures were originally scheduled for Friday nights in July, but have since been rescheduled to select Friday and Saturday nights in July and August.

The remaining closures are scheduled for Friday, Sept. 8 and Friday, Sept. 15 with the following Saturdays as back up.
