With tomorrow being January 1st, New Year’s Day, most businesses are closed for the holiday.

Banks, government offices, and financial markets will be closed along with most retail stores including liquor and beer stores.

Public libraries and art galleries will be closed, and there will not be municipal garbage pickup tomorrow. That is delayed one day in most areas.

For us at CHCH, First Edition, Morning Live, News Now, Sportsline & Square Off will have the day off; we will have the Evening News at 6 & 11.
