New travel restrictions and the impact on migrant workers

Prime Minister Trudeau made the announcement that travellers will have to wait up to three days at an approved hotel for their test results, at their own expense, which is expected to be more than $2,000. That price tag does not apply to the thousands of migrant workers who come annually to Ontario. Dale Manucdoc reports.
