After directing one of last year’s biggest successes in Furious 7, James Wan has gone back to his horror roots for his next project, a sequel to 2013’s The Conjuring. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga return to the roles of Ed and Lorraine Warren, the real life paranormal investigators the series is based around. Prior to Furious 7, The Conjuring was Wan’s most successful film. His stock has risen a lot now that he’s a bonafide blockbuster director, but it will be unlikely that this film pulls in $350+ million that his last hit did.

The Conjuring 2 opens in theatres on June 10.
