Premier Doug Ford will make an announcement about new measures Monday afternoon. He made the comments on his way to a meeting with health officials and hospital leaders today.

He also said lockdowns in Toronto and Peel set to expire on Monday will be extended.

The premier will hold emergency meetings on COIVD-19 over the weekend.
