New program in Hamilton will allow people to borrow assisted devices

A 2006 census revealed that 20% of Hamiltonians report having a disability. That’s more than the provincial and national average. A group has since created an assistive devices lending program for those who may have difficulty obtaining the appropriate gear. Phil Perkins reports.
