New plant could create jobs – if governments kick in

There’s some bright news on the jobs front in the Niagara Peninsula tonight.

Up to 350 jobs could be created if a recycling company builds its North American headquarters in Fort Erie. As Lauran Sabourin reports, the deal hinges on whether the federal and provincial governments are willing to kick in some job creation cash.
