Netflix is raising its prices

The price to watch Netflix is going up next month and you might not even know it.

Two years ago Netflix said it would raise the price of its standard plan from $7.99 a month to $9.99.
Existing customers were allowed to keep paying $7.99 for two years, but those two years are up in May.

A recent J.P. Morgan survey found 80% of those original customers didn’t know the price hike was coming.
