Ontario’s New Democrats will talk about the budget today, but won’t say exactly what changes they want in exchange for supporting the Liberal minority government.

NDP leader Andrea Horwath will instead talk about what the public is telling the NDP they want changed. The Conservatives have already said they will vote against the budget, so at least two NDP votes are needed for it to pass and avoid an election. The NDP likes the budget’s delay in corporate tax cuts, but opposes its threat to legislate a pay freeze for about one-million public-sector workers.
