NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh outlines pre-campaign platform ahead of a looming federal election

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reportedly intends to visit the governor with a request to dissolve parliament. That would trigger an election to take place September 20th. We sat down with NDP leader Jagmeet Singh today who doesn’t believe an election should be called, but outlined some of his pre-campaign platform.
