Halton police have issued a public safety alert following the theft of 10 I-V narcotics filled bags from Milton District Hospital.

Hospital officials say the bags are clearly marked ”epidural” with the Baxter label.

Police say the bags were being stored in a brown cardboard box, with a white label reading ”Georgetown Pharmacy”.

The bags were sealed in brown plastic bags with a label dated November 20th.

Hospital officials say the suspect was captured on closed circuit cameras.

He is described as white, between 30 to 45 years of age, around 5-11, 170 pounds with brown hair.

He was wearing a blue/white/black waist-length winter coat, grey/blue stripped shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
