Muzzo Court Date rescheduled

A bail hearing scheduled for Monday has been put off until November 12th for Marco Muzzo.

The 29-year-old man has been charged in the fatal crash that killed three young children and their grandfather three weeks ago.

Marco Muzzo was actually supposed to get married on Saturday, but he’s been in custody since the crash.

He faces 18 charges, including impaired driving causing death.  Nine-year-old Daniel Neville-Lake, his brother Harrison, age 5, and sister Milly, 2 died along with Gary Neville, 65, when the vehicle they were in was broadsided by a Jeep on September 27.
