Multi-vehicle crash in Niagara Falls sends one to hospital

Niagara Regional Police say a female is in hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision Thursday morning in Niagara Falls.

The crash happened around 8 a.m. on Stanley Ave. between Thorold Stone Rd. and Swayze Dr.

Paramedics took the female to an out-of-town trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Stanley Ave. was closed as officers investigated, but it has since reopened.
