One person is in life-threatening condition and another person is still in serious condition following a crash on Highway 6 that sent six people to hospital.

The crash happened around 10:00pm on April 28. It shut down Highway 6 between Chippewa Road and Leeming Road, in Mount Hope, for hours.

Reports suggest a car and an SUV crashed head-on and the SUV ended up on its roof.

Highway 6 has since reopened.
