Motorcyclist rushed to Hamilton hospital following collision

A motorcyclist has been rushed to hospital following a collision in Milton.

Just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to a townhouse complex at 651 Farmstead Dr. for reports of a crash.

Police say a motorcyclist was travelling through the private roadway when he failed to negotiate a turn and collided with a garage structure.

The rider was taken to Hamilton General hospital with serious injuries.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken over the investigation.
