Investigators in Wisconsin are working to determine a motive in a school shooting that left a teacher and a student dead, and two other children in critical condition.

Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes says the incident appears to be the result of a “combination of factors” and is urging anyone who knew the 15 year old shooter’s state of mind to come forward.

The shooting occurred Dec. 16 at Abundant Life Christian School.

The shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and six others were also wounded.
