More charges in steroid drug lab case

A Thorold man arrested in February after police found a steroid drug lab in a basement is now facing more charges.

Police found the lab on Deerfield Parkway in Thorold, when 28-year old Nizar Bushusha called police to report a break-in.

Bushusha has now been arrested in Niagara Falls, after police found three litres or $6,300 dollars worth of liquid GHB, known as the “date rape drug” at a home. Bushusha faces several charges including conspiracy to import GHB, possession of anabolic steroids and possession of cocaine.
