More charges in Hamilton murder

A third man has been charged in the murder of Hamilton man, Daniel Baffoh.

Hamilton Police have charged Andrew Keith Gordon, 39, with being an accessory after the fact to murder. They arrested him yesterday.

Over the weekend investigators arrested a father and son at a home on Upper Gage Avenue in the death of 26 year old Baffoh. He’d been missing since January.

Mark Langille, 45, has been charged with first degree murder. His son, Damian, 22, is charged with accessory after the fact.

Baffoh’s body hasn’t been found. Police believe he was killed in Hamilton, and his body may have been dumped in the Grand River. They are asking people who live along the river to keep an eye out for anything unusual.
