A bizarre moment at the U.S. Capitol yesterday when Senate Republican Mitch McConnell froze in the middle of a news conference for a few seconds.

He did return minutes later and answered questions from the press but it’s unclear what caused him to freeze. Manesa Dhanabalan has the story.
