Mississauga mayor urges taxes for infrastructure upgrades

Gas, registration, tire taxes, HST – no one who owns a car needs to be told how expensive it is to run one.

But that cost could soon take a significant jump in order to bring the transportation system in the GTA up, to required standards. Scot Urquhart tells us there was lots of talk on the issue at the provincial legislature today – led by Mississauga mayor, Hazel McCallion.
