Missing woman’s townhouse searched
More than two years after Shana Carter went missing, Niagara Police major crime and forensics officers have searched her Grimsby townhouse.
Carter lived there with her boyfriend and young son, before she disappeared in December 2010.
Since then, police have scoured the neighbourhood and surrounding area looking for her and last month they began searching ponds near her Arrowhead Lane home.
In June they offered a $25,000 reward for information on what happened to Shana.
Police say the search of Carter’s townhouse will continue for an undetermined length of time.
