Missing St. Joe’s psychiatric patient last seen in Kitchener: police

Hamilton Police say a woman who escaped from the St. Joseph’s Psychiatric Hospital was last seen in Kitchener.

Crystal Lavergne left the facility on Tuesday, around 1:30 p.m.

She was seen at the intersection of West 5th St. and Fennell Ave.

According to police, she was dropped off by a cab near Ottawa St. S and Alpine Rd. in Kitchener about an hour later.

Police say she could become aggressive if confronted.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call 911.
