Missing Burlington man found

Reports say Ryan Robichaud from Burlington as been found safe.

In a bizzare case that started with a car crash and involves numerous baffling messages and leads from across the United States, his mother now reports she found her son safe in California.

In a post to social media Robichaud’s mother thanks everyone for their help and support in searching for her son.  She went on to say that quote “Ryan does not remember why he had left” and that they are planning to head back to Canada to get help for his memory.

The Halton Regional Police are asking the public for assistance in locating a missing 23 year old Burlington resident.

On January 15, 2016, Ryan Robichaud left his home under unexplained circumstances.

He has made contact with his family by telephone since that time from locations within the United States.

Robichaud returned to his rented vehicle in Stoughton, Massachusetts on January 21st and has not been seen or heard from since.

Ryan Robichaud was involved in a car accident back on December 31st and since that time, he’s been making some odd decisions.  His recent behaviour and unplanned travel to the U.S. is out of character and has caused his family great concern since he has no friends or family there.

The Halton Regional Police are attempting to make contact to ensure his well being.

Ryan Robichaud is described as
– Male, white
– Approximately 5’10” tall with a thin build.
– He has short brown hair with a medium length beard and piercings in both ears.

Investigators are asking that anyone who has information relating to Ryan Robichaud’s whereabouts are asked to contact Detective Constable Julie Powers – Halton Regional Police Service – at 905-825-4747 Extension 2323.
