Milton CPR pedestrian bridge damaged

Halton Regional Police Service is asking the public for assistance in identifying the person or persons responsible for causing damage to the Canadian Pacific Railway pedestrian bridge near Livingston Road in Milton.
On two separate occasions, several large glass panels on the bridge were smashed.
The first incident occurred on March 1st, and the second incident occurred between March 22nd and 23rd, 2016.
The bridge is owned by the Town of Milton and the exact cost to repair the damage is not yet known but is expected to be significant.
The bridge has been temporarily closed while repairs are being made.
