Milton corrections officer charged

Toronto police have arrested a corrections officer from milton.

Police say the 33 year old officer attempted to sneak alcohol, tobacco and marijuana into the jail.

They say they also found oxycontin tablets on the officer.

Police later found marijuana, oxycodone and cocaine at a Milton home in the area of Poplar Road and Childs Drive.

Adam Bertoli now faces several charges.
