Millard on trial

Dellen Millard was in front of a judge today, but it’s not part of the Tim Bosma murder trial. It was a preliminary hearing in his first degree murder trial into the death of his father Wayne Millard.

That case was originally ruled a suicide but in the wake of the charges he’s facing in Tim Bosma’s murder police took another look at that case.

Most of what happened in court today can’t be reported based on a publication ban, but Phil Perkins tells us what he can about the first day in this case.
