A family who lost a loved one in a crash in Niagara back in 2017 had a sign raised in her honour this morning and to serve as a reminder not to drink and drive. The memorial is for 23 year old Jessica Edwards, who was killed after she and four others were hit by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign . Jason Gaidola has the story.
